ICIQ-FLUTS: Developed in 2003

The ICIQ-FLUTS was formerly named the BFLUTS-SF Questionnaire (Bristol Female Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms - Short Form Questionnaire). In 2004, it has been adopted into the ICIQ structure, which is a project striving to standardize assessment of lower pelvic dysfunction by recommending, and developing where necessary, high quality self-completion questionnaires.Suggested modules to use in conjunction: ICIQ-FLUTSsex, ICIQ-FLUTS Long Form, ICIQ-LUTSqol 

ICIQ-FLUTS Long Form: Developed in 1996
