          - Child Perceptions Questionnaire for children aged 6 to 7 years old = CPQ6-7
          - Child Perceptions Questionnaire for children aged 8 to 10 years old = CPQ8-10
          - Child Perceptions Questionnaire for children aged 11 to 14 years old = CPQ11-14
Short forms of the CPQ11-14 exist (16 and 8 items) ]
