You can subscribe to ProQolid by completing, signing and returning the ProQolid subscription form by e-mail, fax or mail

  • New procedure: For all EU clients, please indicate the VAT number of your organization/company on the subscription form. If the VAT field is not completed, please note that an extra 19.6% (French VAT) will be invoiced.
  • For all French clients, rates below do not include VAT. French clients do not need to complete the VAT field if they subscribe as an independent individual or students.
  • If you have a French bank account, you must make your ProQolid payment in euros. For all other countries, you may pay either in euros or US dollars. Please be sure your bank account will permit payment in the currency you choose. Any transaction that does not meet these conditions will be rejected. 
  • For an approximate value of these euro/US dollar amounts into your national currency, please visit: www.xe.com/ucc (a currency converter website).
  • The options displayed below are standard offers, i.e., for one or five users. To obtain rates for a different number of users, please contact us.
  • Following an arrangement with the Board of Directors of ISOQOL (International Society for Quality of Life Research), the Mapi Research Trust offers ISOQOL members a discount from 20% to 25% on annual subscriptions to ProQolid. (ISOQOL website at www.isoqol.org)
  • If you are applying for an ISOQOL discount, please be sure your membership with this organization is in force before subscribing to ProQolid. If it is not, your ProQolid subscription may be rejected.
  • Temporarily unavailable Should you choose the online payment option, we will confirm your personal ProQolid password in 72 hours or less.
  • Should you choose the options by check or bank transfer, we will confirm your personal ProQolid password in five days or less, following our receipt of your completed and signed subscription form. You may send the form to us either by mail or fax.
  • For students: your ProQolid personal password will be sent to you once we receive a copy of your student ID card or any valid document mentioning your status by fax (+33 (0) 472 13 66 82) or e-mail (mcaron@mapigroup.com).
